Client Profile

Our client is a well-established turnkey solutions provider for B2B clients and we are recruiting an Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting C-level executives to join their Dubai team to provide administrative and operational support to the CEO who travels extensively.

Responsibilities
Manage and respond to emails and general correspondence on behalf of the CEO, dictation, typing, dealing with phone calls, diary management, extensive travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels and local transportation, preparing presentations and reports, client and supplier relationship management and dealing with corporate visitors.

Essential Skills & Experience Required
Currently working in the UAE with a minimum of 5 years’ UAE experience as executive secretary or personal assistant to a CEO, COO or Managing Director in a diversified national holding or multinational organization and working with an international team.
Ability to effectively management multiple tasks and take the initiative to investigate and resolve issues appropriately and promptly.
Client relationship management with the ability to interact at all levels.
Proficient use of MS Office.

Education
Bachelor's Degree as a minimum

Candidate Profile
Confident female, aged between 30 – 40 years, currently living in Dubai with an outgoing personality and excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
