Client Profile

Our client is a global professional services firm specializing in a wide range of consulting disciplines and we are recruiting an experienced Human Resources Consultant from the professional services industry to join their well-established operations in Dubai to focus on outsourced HR services to help clients establish and realign their HR processes, systems and structures, assist with their recruitment needs and provide guidance and support to clients in areas related to employment law, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organisation development

The Role

Consult with business leaders and develops HR strategies to improve employee relations and engagement, talent acquisition and establish or realign HR systems and processes and team structures.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

5 – 10 years’ UAE experience as an HR consultant in a client-facing consulting / project-based environment, providing leadership in talent acquisition, management, reviews and development, performance management, employee surveys, employee relations and engagement, compensation and reward, skills assessments, onboarding and developing HR policies.

Strong business acumen, experience of developing and working with HR metrics and ability to benchmark, measure and analyze qualitative data.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources is mandatory

Candidate Profile

Currently living in the UAE.

Entrepreneurial attitude with a proactive mindset to deliver results to clients.

Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
