Client Profile

Our client is a well-established property management organisation and we are recruiting an experienced Owner Association Manager to join their Dubai based to team to manage the Owner Associations in their portfolio and provide asset, facilities, maintenance management these residential properties.

The Role

Provide support to home owners and manage enquiries and issues related to facilities and building maintenance, attend general assembly meetings, ensure all community rules and regulations are adhered to, serve notices and manage legal and regulatory issues, prepare management reports, assist in the preparation of operating and capital expenditure budgets and costs, prepare annual service budgets and submit to RERA for approval and ensure service charge invoices are issued to owners,

Manage relations and chair meetings with Owner Association Board members for Board Meetings and Annual General Assembly meetings and interim OA Board registration and audit reports with RERA.

Liaise with owners, service providers, facilities management and vendors to ensure all services are fully functional and prepare, evaluate and manage the tendering and renewal process for FM and other service providers.

Manage the MEP and civil building common area building takeover from developers in conjunction with FM department.

Liaise with surveyors for title deed registration.

Liaise with developers and legal firms to prepare JOPDs for owner associations.

Appoint and liaise with insurance firms for community insurance claims.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

RERA certified 5 – 10 years’ experience in residential / home owner association management or community management and strong working experience of UAE Strata Law, MOLLAK system and Dubai Land Department regulations.

Strong working knowledge of parking, common area maintenance, move in / move out management.

Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Proficient use of MS Office including Excel with the ability to write reports and minutes of meetings.

UAE driving license is mandatory.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree is desirable.

Candidate Profile

Currently living in the UAE.

Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
